It's that time of year again, time to put away the pots and pans, take off the kitchen apron, and a spend the week enjoying the finest cuisine Boulder has to offer, at a fantastic price!
If you're not familiar with First Bite, it's Boulder's Restaurant Week. For one full week, over 40 participating restaurants will offer a special three course $26 prix fixe dinner menu.
First Bite will officially run from November 14 - 21, however Laudisio will be closed the evening of Saturday, November 14 to host the Colorado Music Festival's Feast For The Senses, a very special fundraiser for the CMF!

The Fire Within is hosting a workshop this weekend designed to take you through all of the stages of starting your own wood-fired pizza oven catering business. Learn first hand from professionals in the field and practice using the very same equipment you’ll need while running your business.
Antonio Laudisio will be assisting in the workshop, demonstrating his techniques on the wood fired oven, and serving the delicious fruits of his labor!
The workshop will take place at our friend Shamane's Bakeshop. Shamane certainly knows a thing or two about running a successful catering business as well. You can visit Shamane at her shop, or catch her, and Antonio, at the last farmer's market of the season, this Saturday!
