Laudisio in the news...

Award winning food writer John Lehndorff recently interviewed Antonio Laudisio as part of a piece for the Rocky Mountain Independent. Here's an excerpt:

“I was coming in with the European idea that the touchstone for any restaurant was the market and fresh local produce,” Laudisio said as he sat at his stand at the Boulder County Farmer’s Market on a hot August Saturday. “In Italy there’s always been a symbiotic relationship between the farmer and the cook.”

Club Amici is Laudisio's Frequent Dining Club. If you are not a member, you may join by telling your server while in the restaurant.

If you are not familiar with the Club, here it is, in a nutshell...

You dine at Laudisio. You tell your server you are part of Club Amici. If you have not yet been issued a Club Card, you will be on your next visit. Your card has your membership number, but we can always look you up by name or phone number.

Once your server identifies you as a Club member, your purchase goes towards your points. Every dollar equals a point. When you hit 500 points, we give you a $50 gift card!
